Virtual Coffee Meeting of the DCSF #2

CSOs Funding Challenges: Regional Perspectives

(12 Theses from the 12th Danube Participation Day – series)

We’d love to keep the conversation going. Join the Danube Civil Society Forum (DCSF) for a short, informal Virtual Coffee Meeting where we connect ideas from the 12 Theses to everyday practice — and learn from each other across the Danube Participation Day community.

This new Virtual Coffee series is designed to continue that dialogue in a simple, interactive format — a coffee, a shared focus, and practical takeaways.

What is the second meeting about?

CSOs Funding Challenges: Regional Perspectives

Join a space where European values move beyond principle and become visible in everyday local and regional practice. Discover how others communicate policies in ways that are clear, inclusive, and genuinely accessible. Connect with peers from across the Danube Participation community in an open, welcoming atmosphere — and leave with practical ideas you can apply in your own work.

Format: 30 minutes, interactive

  1. Welcome & icebreaker (5 min) — short reflection question linked to the theses

  2. Brief input by the moderator + framing of the theses (5 min)

  3. Interactive exchange (15–20 min) — open discussion, sharing experiences and perspectives

  4. Closing & networking (3–5 min) — takeaways / action ideas

Who can join?

The Virtual Coffee Meetings are primarily designed for members of the Danube Civil Society Forum (DCSF). At the same time, they are open to participants of the Danube Participation Days, as well as civil society organisations, local and regional actors, youth practitioners, policy communicators, and anyone interested in participation, trust-building, and inclusive governance in the Danube Region.
