9th Danube Participation Day

The 9th Danube Participation Day - Resilience through Diversity: Involving Civil Society in the Danube Strategy took place back to back with the 11th EUSDR Annual Forum on 18th of October 2022.

 This year’s Danube Participation Day addressed:

  • How can civil society participation contribute to (ensure/facilitate) a more resilient and prosperous development in the Danube Region?

  • How can multi-sector stakeholder cooperation support the pathway of post-war Ukraine and Moldova toward the European Union?

Due to the war on Ukraine and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Danube Participation Day will was an online event.

In order to support your work and application efforts under the EU programs Foster Europe Foundation for strong European Regions and the Danube Civil Society Forum in cooperation with the ALDA European Association for Local Democracy hosted a free interactive “Afternoon Training Session” on EU Project Development and EU Funds as a follow up event to the 9th DPD. The training addressed EU member states and non-member States on 18 October 2022 from ca. 14:30- 17:00 CET
